Our primary design approach is driven by Design Thinking. We follow User-Centric Design (UCD) process and interdisciplinary approach for discovering insights related to the user needs and competitive landscape. This helps us translate research into feasible & innovative design solutions, which maps to users’ context, needs aspirations plus the business objectives. This also helps us delivering the design solutions that are driven by Desirability, Feasibility & Viability.

Research help in uncovering contextual insights that would otherwise be missed. We conduct immersive and extensive field research by embedding ourselves in communities & among stakeholders and analysis the collected information to gain insight on the User Behavior, Their Context, Business Opportunities, Capacities and Competitions, which provides critical inputs towards the solution.

IDEATE & DESIGN

At this stage, our cross-functional team of specialists works to develop a range of design concepts for product, service, program & policy to address the design needs. Throughout the process, we work hand-in-hand with clients, communities, and stakeholders, creating buy-in and shared ownership at all levels.

TEST, REFINE & IMPLEMENT

Each concepts is evaluated against real-world opportunities and constraints, and the most promising are prototyped, tested, and refined until they successfully address the design/user needs. The final design documented and delivered to the client for implementation.
