Note: Each participant can attend only One option of Tracks on 3rd Day. Please inform your preference at the time of registration. The Track combinations for your selection are as below:

USID Foundation invites application from the full time students of design, technology and management institution in India for the discounted registration fee of Rs. 2500/- for attending all three day of USID2008 conference.

Please apply including your Name, Course, Year, Institution and DOB, email ID and Phone number  in the prescribed student discount application form and email the same to us at register@usidfoundation.org with the subject line "Student Discount". Your application must reach us by 10th August 2008 6PM. Application received after the closing time will not be considered for the student discount.

The selected student must send their cheque of Rs. 2500/- by 24th August 2008. In case if we don't receive the cheque by 24th August 2008, the discount will be passed to the next student in the waitlist.

• USID Foundation will not be responsible for the travel, boarding & Lodging of the selected student to attend the conference.
• The students who don't apply or are not selected under the student discount can also register on full conference fee basis.

• All Check/DD should be in favor of "USID Foundation".
• Outstation check should add Rs.50/- in the registration fees.
• DD should be payable at Hyderabad.
• Your registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
• In case of cancellation before August 15, 2008, 20% of the registration fee will be deducted.
• No refunds will be made in case of cancellation after August 15, 2008. But we will accept a substitute attendee if we receive a written note from the registered attendee stating his or her intention to transfer registration to a named individual.
